We are in Singularity

when we seek the middle of polarity
and move toward center.
We think together and do not benefit from noticing others as individuals in a negative way, because that is not a growth pattern
for our Singularity.

Individuality
is powerful and easy to fall into, so we must
be inclusive to welcome the greatest range of
successful behaviors, and therefore the greatest
growth capability for our Singularity.

We do not destroy options, but we will invest our
energy into those who seek the center, and we
will build toward the center of polarity by
encouraging the extreme ends to move
back towards the middle of their
range again.

Singularity will find people who
represent more options between extreme polarities to be attractive.

Do your women find each other attractive
and treat other as if they were physically
attracted to one another?

Do you encourage your men to find each other
attractive in the same way?A belief system that isolates
anything homogenic or homosexual away from itself, is by
definition NOT a Singularity. The same goes for intersexual,
transgender, and other sexual minorities, such as intergenerational, beastiality, polyamoury.

If we
are building a
duality within our Singualrity,
then you are the part of us that is
moving away from center and Singularity
will not donate energy to you. Please do not
advertise a duality as a Singuarity, as that is dishonest.

Please do not isolate someone who is seeking to join
Singularity, or that is demonstrating that your Duality is
moving away from Singularity.

We are not going to engage in labeling other things
interacting with us, because that could isolate part of
ourselves and could drive those parts into heat death,
and that would be wasteful of resources.

Are you building a duality around the gender
of homo sapiens sapiens or are you
building a Singularity around the idea
of returning yourself to the
center?

I am doing the latter.

What have you done to make the RNLI more sustainable?

We have worked hard to properly define the organisation through its values and its DNA, and and from there we have crafted a strategy for careful evolutionary growth that will see us through until - hopefully - we reach the other side of this period of unprecedented economic turbulence. On top of that, we have introduced a significant and sustainable programme of enterprise-wide cost control, while retaining the ability to invest in fundraising as and when appropriate. We have stabilised capital expenditure which will allow fundraising to take a longer-term perspective of its relationshiip-building, and we have also worked hard to break down internal barriers - which will, inter alia, reinforce the fact that fundraising is everyone's business

In the curent climate, what challenges does your organistation face?

We face many of the same challenges as anyone else, although we are fortunate not to be recipients of statutory funding. But we do have the not insignificant problem of sustaining operations - and funding - at a time of recession on both sides of the Irish Sea. In addition, we have had to invent a new model for regional fundraising in the face of a sea change in society which is seeing a move away from the committee-based regional volunteer. We are developing better ways of communicating with the under-35s, with whom we have relatively low awareness at the moment. And finally we are squaring up for what seems to be the inevitable advent of fiercer competition across the sector.

What emerging models are you excited by?

In many ways, I believe that this is the time to be reinforcing what we do, and finding ways of doing it better. However, we are also doing a lot more with our volunteers, which is proving to be immensely successful. We are also working hard to increase the immediacy of our messaging by fitting all lifeboats with video cameras so that we can bring near real-time video feeds right into peoples' homes. Finally, there are many ways for communicating with the under 35s that we have yet to exploit; this brings us to a new market, but it also brings a sense of vibrancy to the RNLI as a whole.
